Notes from the last meeting.
Seth brought us up to date on the
Caldwell Landfill situation. The Caldwell County Planning
department has approved the landfill for use as a flying site.
Caldwell County will have a public hearing Jan. 26th at 7pm.
the final approve should pass for our use of the landfill.
Col. Mearle Hickman thanked the club for
his free membership for his help in securing the landfill.
Mearle suggested that we send a thank you letter to the
Caldwell County commissioners in appreciation for their
support. It was also suggest that we send a thank you card on
an annual basis.
Brett Springall informed us that the club
website is up and running under the address
Year 2004 club dues are due. Per last
meeting dues are now $60 and $30 for senior citizens, and the
work credit program has been dropped.
