I would like to thank everyone for coming to the fun fly. Although the weather started out very foggy, it cleared up during the morning, and made for a good flying day. I was impressed with the number of pilots, and was glad to see a large number of visitors. I hope that everyone who attended had an equally good time.

We will be electing new club officials in December. Please think about any positions that you might be interested in, and talk to any of the nominating committee members to let them know you are interested. Nominating committee members are: Rick Hughey, Brett Springall and Jim Holder.

Notes from the last club meeting

Discussion centered around final plans for the fun-fly. We talked about everything that needed to be done for the work day, and also assigned jobs for the fun-fly day.

Discussion was heard on whether we should put down new stone on the driveway and parking areas. It was decided to wait and see how things were during the fun-fly.

Brett informed the club that he has purchased the now expired domain name for the club web site, and had made a new web site which was now available.

A nominating committee was formed for the elections in December. The election committee consists of Rick Hughey, Brett Springall and Jim Holder.

Discussion was heard on the possibility of holding our annual swap meet in December. Further discussion will be heard at the next meeting.
