Welcome to our newest club member James Beck.

Thank you to Jim Holder for sitting in as president during my absence. Jim also acted as secretary/treasurer during the last meeting, because Rick was also absent. So thank you to Jim for doing that job as well

Our fun fly will be held in October, so we need to begin the preparation for that during the next meeting. We will be discussing the activities that need to take place to arrange the fun fly, so please come to the meeting if you have any ideas to offer.

Notes from the last club meeting

Discussion was heard concerning re roofing the sun shelters, and possibly joining the two shelters We decided to table any action until the next meeting.

We have decided to make frequency pins for the racetrack, and amateur radio bands. The pins will be located at the current frequency box, and any people using these frequencies should get the appropriate pins before operating their radios.

We decided to purchase orange plastic safety fence to create a catch fence between the racetrack, and pits.

A runway committee was suggested, to place corner markers on the runways, so that the runways are mowed to the correct dimensions each time.
